"First visit, drove 45 minutes, went with high expectations based on its rating, left disappointed. I visited this past weekend. Great location and setup. The outside area is really cool. We had a slight wait, but it 's because their understaffed like many places, so thank you to those who were working. My experience started to take a negative turn when my appetizer arrived. My appetizer was the Crabby Eggrolls listed for $15.79. Once they came out my initial reaction was that 's it as I looked at my plate consisting of 4 small pieces which mimicked the size of kids pizza rolls, with a drizzle of sauce on top of each. I get inflation is going on, but this is a complete ripoff. The taste was good, but not the best I 've had. For my main course I selected the Beer Battered Fish listed for $14.79, but not before asking the server how their battered fish was from this location. He replied we are well known for our seafood, major league sports players come here all the time for our seafood . Alright I 'm convinced this should be a good main course. When it arrived I laughed and jokingly asked if I accidently ordered from the kids menu. The portion of fish and fries were small, but plenty of broccoli. On top of the small portions this was pre-battered fish out of a bag, deep-fried, and came out extra greasy. A complete disappointment, especially for a place known for its seafood . Based on my experience I wont be returning."

"We came here for a family birthday. The restaurant was clean and not too crowded. We had reserved two prime ribs, in advance, and they double-checked to make sure there were available. The service was helpful, if not a little slow. There were a couple of mistakes that they took care of quickly and in a friendly manner. The meals were well prepared and tasty. The king-cut Prime Rib is huge."

"The Fez is a lovely restaurant in downtown Stamford. The décor really captures that middle eastern feel. The menu is fantastic all of the traditional food from that region. I really loved that there were Vegan items on the menu. My husband is not Vegan so usually one of us has to sacrifice when it comes to choosing a restaurant. But not at the Fez t the food was delicious and there was something for everyone"
