"I am a taxi driver and today I stopped by this location with a customer that wanted to order food here. I figured I would get something for myself as well while we stopped. The young woman named Anahi at the drive-thru was extremely rude and told me that I could not place two orders even though I would be paying for both orders cash. My passenger then decided that he wanted tacos instead of a burrito and she said they could not do that. You need to teach your employees customer service. Overall a really bad experience for something that could have easily been solved or avoided all together."

"For the amount of money I paid for a 3 Meat platter the portion size of meat you get is tiny. Ive gotten twice as much Gyro Meat for less money at Georges Gyros compared to this place. The filled up 2/3 of the container below my Gyro meat with soggy potatoes which were supposed to be french fries. Feel like I got ripped off."

"A bit disappointed by this place. very nice people, but all three of our sandwiches had something wrong I ordered a melt and got no cheese, another sandwich had no cheese and we asked for another to be roasted and it was not. I think the melt is a bit more expensive than a regular sandwich because how much can they add and I did extra for a normal sandwich paid. very sad because this place is easily accessible to me during work. do not let this smile me come, but just make sure to check online orders better next time!"

"This was my 1st time at a McAlisters and I was McWowed! I had the New Southwest Steak spud with mac cheese, cucumber salad, broccoli c heddar soup, large signature ice tea last but not least NY double chocolate cheesecake. The spud entree was top five I ever had with alot of succulent steak slices, cheddar cheese sour scream and the potato was huge-enough food for a whole day and only $12 is a great value. The mac cheese was perfect-thick, creamy delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was also a top five ever item for me! The NY double choc. cheesecake was rich, dense and super delicious. It satisfied my regular chocolate craving. Service by Manager Hector, counter staff Tara Ryan was top 1% at any restaurant I've patronized. This restaurant is run extremely well! The dining area is large, very clean with a pleasant upbeat ambience. This is the best deli restaurant I've been to in Tempe and top five in Arizona."
