"Our server wasn't tentative to us. He came around every so often to check on us. The restaurant wasn't busy that he couldn't check on us more often. Also the food wasn't hot , like Luke warm. The selections were limited, only few hot items. I've been to El Torito in the past and just felt disappointed especially for the price. I know Covid hit but shouldn't have effect the service and quality of food. Disappointing"

"Christine was accommodating. On the other hand our server, Andrea C. spilled the drink on my jeans and on the table she did not apologize or clean it or bring me tissues. Christine got me tissues, so I wiped my jeans and the table and the area where the drink spilled on the floor. Andrea was rude and only addressed my cousin and not me. The menu for happy hour was misleading the drinks were $8 dollars, but they charged a $1 for flavor, but it is not stated on the menu. Andrea insisted I had more drinks than I had. Lesson learned I definitely will not return there. Stick to AMAZE, where we get great service and drinks are priced as is. The star is for Christine thank you for being so helpful."

"The food itself was good but for the price I paid I expected more actual food. When I opened the container the chow mein was only half full for the combo. The sweet and sour was good but again where the portion used to be filled more they are now skimping on filling the containers. I think I will not be ordering again. Increased prices and less in the container. Not good."
