"Absolutely horrendous rude service. I saw comments from previous reviewers but for some reason we gave it a chance anyway. I’m pretty easy to please, but the staff was horrific. We were told to seat ourself and they’d bring us menus — our server walked past multiple times, stood chatting with other servers and the bartender, eventually passed us by in 15 min and said he’d be back shortly. Which he eventually was. This same server was rolling his eyes at patrons and holding loud conversations with the bartender complaining about the “pathetic $4 tip” precious customers had left. Gee, I wonder why. Also very rude when it came time for me to pay and tip. Server handed me the screen saying to “choose the percentage I was giving him” rather than giving some privacy or discussing the option to manually enter an amount if I desired. Do not recommend. Shame, as it’s a lovely atmosphere."
