"I had my first visit to Heidi's yesterday and had a fabulous sandwich made with homemade rye bread. I had the spicy ham sandwich and it arrived looking so yummy and a huge serving. I've already recommended Heidi's to several people. I'll definitely go back."

"This place has always been pretty good up until about a couple weeks ago. Idk if all the ppl that have worked there quit or what but these new ppl have the worst attitude. Also I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap in the drive thru and it took them literally 15 minutes to give me my food when I was the only one in the drive thru. No apology or anything. I go to eat my food and it literally had one tiny piece of chicken in the whole wrap. The rest of it was just drowned in buffalo sauce. I just threw it out.i work right by this place and had eaten there almost everyday. Safe to say they won't get my business anymore. Update: I've given them another chance recently and have been doing a lot better with the quality of food they've been giving me. Only issue is their price of everything keeps going up which is a shame. They should be about $1-2 cheaper with everything on their menu IMO."

"My mom and dad met at Chuck's in 1989. I told our waitress, and she gave me a chocolate cake to bring back home to my dad. It was so sweet. I have so many memories of this place growing up and it's the only good food nearby if I don't want to go into Worcester. Thanks Chucks for being a staple!!!"
