"So disappointed in this location, usually I have been met with mediocre service from this Sourdough Co., this time it looks like one of their employees went out of their way to mess with an order for door dash that unfortunately was mine. I would recommend eating at another place as the employees at this location cannot be trusted to not purposely mess with an order. It is unacceptable to offer bad or inadequate food for good money, you should be ashamed."

"My boyfriend and I are regulars at this BJ's and tonight was exceptional. We were seated quickly, and we're greeted by the most delightful individual we have encountered in quite a while, our server Cheyenne. Cheyenne was kind and sweet, and very patient with me as I was very indecisive. My boyfriend and I ordered a root beer float, and one of their seasonal candy mixed drinks it had nerds on it, it was so delicious and fun. It really brought a smile to my face. Cheyenne also offered us water as well. Despite her section being incredibly full, with a table of eight behind us, and a table of six over to the other side, she never lost her cool and she was always patient and kind. Even when the children started throwing a fit, she always had a smile on her face and kind words to say to the parents. She took our order quickly, and ensured there was absolutely no horseradish anywhere near my prime rib french dip sandwich. My food was absolutely delicious. The tortilla soup is one of my favorites in town, and I love exploring their menu. I haven't had a bad thing from this restaurant. She went above and beyond with mine and my boyfriend's order, and she did it with such grace and kindness. Cheyenne really made our nights. I had been having a really hard week, and this little bit of kindness honestly lit up my night."

"I just love this little bakery sandwich shop. The reason I gave it only four stars is they sorely lack following any kind of COVID protocols. The man in front of me didn't wear a mask at all and would once in awhile cover his mouth and nose with his T-shirt. Stood right in front of the owners and gave his order without anything on his face and they never said one word. Plus, there were so many people in there today there's no way you could get 6 ft away from anybody. I would like to have seen some tape on the ground or some other kind of delineator to show they were at least trying."
