"Food was very good and in a great location. One customer, Del, has his own chair, available to him only 24/7. He has his own special mug and special price of $1. He comes in 2 times a day and has 2 beers and has been doing this for many decades. Check it out, pretty cool story and I'm told he doesn't like to be bothered."

"Tasty drinks! Loved the weird ones too (Kobayashi Maru). The bartenders were friendly and approachable. They were very knowledgeable and recommended suitable cocktails off the menu based on our preferences. Great alcoholic and non-alcoholic menu for designated drivers. "Was my first time here. learned from my wife while waiting for lunch, a dear friend worked there about 30 years ago, and even met her husband there. now I took a pix and sent him to her, as her husband was sick and said she called me immediately to let me know that my friend was placed in hospice on Tuesday. he went on Sunday. karma took me there. the wonderful young lady waiting for us was amazing. my wife said that the bloddymary was the best of all time! I swear, the seafood platter is the best! all of you in the curly spot."

"I don’t know how I haven’t seen this place until recently. The French dip is delicious and their side salad was the perfect mix of veggies. The prices are good considering how yummy everything is. The staff is friendly but not fake or in your face. They are just genuinely nice. I love that I found another local restaurant that isn’t one of the many chains in SoDo. I work down the road so I’ll be adding this to my lunch rotation for sure"

"We’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves. On our latest visit we went for brunch and tried their avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon roll, side of seasoned tofu scramble—and tasted a bite of our friend’s carrot pancakes. Everything was good but especially the tofu scramble. Probably the best tofu scramble I’ve ever had. I highly recommend pairing it with the biscuits and mushroom gravy. The fig orange latte is also worth trying especially if you’re a fan of the cafe nico at Vivace"

"Well prepared standards with high-quality ingredients, but disappointed in the generally smaller portions at least with the deer size salads I enjoyed. Very loud and overcrowded during the noon the service was excellent. Friendly, superior and efficient servers. I want to see a few more ounces of protein added to their salads as the composition and dressings are very good. Mostly a well-furnished and civilized series of diners, so it is a pleasant environment to enjoy lunch before or after shopping in the city center."
