"Liked it here. Was good service with a bit of a hipster vibe and great tunes that gives the feel of being in an underground burger bar in America Have to say the popcorn crocodile was great with the corn puree and burgers were good size and deelish especially the Pig Mac- yumbers!!"

"We came here for dinner as we have been here before and really enjoyed our meal and promt service. Unfortunately this time the service was very slow considering there was only a few couples eating when we arrived and when our mains finally arrived the tuna I ordered was tasteless and barely warm and the potatoes cold ! The waiter was good and sent it back but it seemed the kitchen were taking their time just to reheat the same dish and by the time it returned to our table my wife had already finished her meal ! With so many good quality restaurants in Adelaide to choose from , we definitely wont be coming back again !"

"I’ve never sent back a meal in my life, 3 fish burgers all grossly over battered and way over cooked dried and shrivelled on the inside of the batter. One was totally inedible and sent back, couldn’t even get through the batter with a knife been deep fried to within an inch of its life. Chicken tenders unpleasant, described by the diner as “weird mush” definitely looked like something I wouldn’t want to eat. So food was terrible. I’ve cooked in many restaurants, you can see if something is that over cooked and you don’t send it out! Service was good, waitress served quickly and got food out fast. Be a good place to meet friends for drinks, great beer range. Just don’t eat there."

"Place is great for drink or 3, and drinks service is great, nice venue with some live music, otherwise a bit too noisy. Food was good, but brioche rolls for the sliders platter were WAY too sweet. Good variety, but a bit disappointing."

"The tie up with the hot chicken project is amazing! Went to grab some chicken and a few beers, solid tap selection and the inclusion of zero alcohol beer on tap is nice. Friendly service. As to the chicken, hands down one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever had (crispy skin one). hHeat level is a bit oversold, had a few ‘evil’ tenders and they were more than manageable."

"Simple pub food done well and very reasonably priced. There were 20 of us eating and everyone’s meal was well presented and well cooked. Thank you also to the staff who let me bring a birthday cake for my daughter and then went above and beyond adding the strawberries and candles and presenting it so well despite being busy. Your kindness was noted and appreciated."

"The H.j's on West terrace. staff were too busy gossiping to each other to take an order correctly.junior staff were not able to clean the place properly. the mop just spread dirt around the floor,and food stuffs accumulated under benches etc.food was not correctly cooked ,and fries were soggy, Burgers were shoddily put together and spilled out when we tried to eat them.service whilst prompt, was obviously not the staffs first priority. being on the side of the 24 hour service station may influence the quality of this restaurant ( if it could be called a restaurant).thankfully I'll never have to eat here again."
