"We just came from Tin Cup (Dec 27, 2016. 6:34pm) and we had a disappointing experience.It took 45 minutes for 2 burgers/fries and a kids fish and chips to get to the table. When they did, the burgers were dripping with grease, the fries were bland, our gravy and chipotle aioli were missing and we had no cutlery or napkins.The bathrooms were FILTHY! In the mens room half the stalls had no toilet paper, there was no paper towel to dry your hands, the faucets either had no water pressure of were freezing cold and the locks on the stalls were all broken. The women's bathroom looked like a rave had just taken place in there.We used to frequent this location but hadn't been in a while and we have to say that we probably will not be returning."

"We went for the all-you-can-eat buffet on a Sunday night at 7:30 (They close at 9:30) and were sat right away, had our order taken right away, and were served our drinks right away. That was pretty much all the service we received for the entire night. There were several other tables occupied, however immediately after we grabbed our first plate of food, the entire hot-table was emptied and closed-down (at 8:00). After our sushi was dropped off at the table, every staff member avoided acknowledging our presence. The food was great, but we would have liked to try more of it, as we left very hungry. When we mentioned this to the cashier on our way out, he informed us simply that "The best time to come is 5:30. We can't leave food sitting out all day". Good answer.. That was an hour before they close. Sorry for stepping on your mopped floor on our way out. Don't worry, we won't be back."

"I work with uber and i deliver the uber deliverie. today at 10:40pm i was picking the order and the behaviour from the girl at drive thru was worst i cant imagine that wendy is having the workers like her even she dont know how to behave with the customer and delivery guys. totally disappointed with the behaviour of that"

"There were only 3 people in the place (and 2 of them smelled like a herbal substance if you know what I mean) We ordered a small Margarita Pizza, Chicken and Kafta Platter and a side of Fries. 32 minutes later we get our food.....except the fries, so we ask where the fries were....not done yet (32 min to make fries?) so we cancelled that order. During the 32 min, our waitress moped the floor, went out side the front door for a smoke and then delivered our food....hhmm, I saw her the whole time but don't remember seeing her wash her hands....I could go on, but why??"

"I haven't ate inside this restaurant, but every time I order from the drive thru I order a jr bacon cheese burger and i consistantly get the same burger everytime, same bun, same nice crisp peice of lettuce and tomato, not overcooked pattie and crispy...bacon in melted cheese.. they have it down! matter of fact, any Wendy's i go too seems to be consitantly the same for me... I LOVE CONSISTANT ! thanks Wendys' which there was more of your restaurant out there!"
