"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"A few weeks ago I ordered a hot sausage sandwich and when my meal arrived, you can say that the sausage was from the night before. It was very dry. Briana the receptionist was very helpful and sweet and gave me a 6 dollar loan. After a few weeks, I decided to use my credit. When I called a gentle man, he answered the phone and was rude form at the beginning. I put my order and when I mentioned my credit, the man just said 'Well, you wait for Brianna I don't mess with any of these things and took my number and just hanged up. Briana then called back and was her usual sweet self and wonderful in the processing of my credit. When my food arrived after a few bites, I found a hair that was about 8 inches in my food. As I recall to let them know and not ask for another order just a refund to my card, I can say the same gentleman in the back round "Well tell him to go to another restaurant". This is terrible customer service at its end. We are a large medical facility that is very ordered from here. Brianna was very nice apologetic and her customer service is good for this place. Take notes from her husband. Brianna also gave me the full amount. Very miserable man who works there. Will never see a penny from the majority of our office."

"Jose, the manager, was our server. Now I'm a server, so when we went behind a party of at least 10 and the only server worked an older master, it looked like we wanted to choose another place for dinner. Jose came and must have read our thoughts because he said, sit here, I have you. And he did it. He was faster, more friendly and experienced than any server I had in every restaurant! Let me also say in the middle not only our server, but also for a few other tables, he was in and out of the kitchen, MAKING THE FOOD! I can't explain enough how he made our dinner personally a great experience! I will definitely go back at night when it means that Jose will be there to make sure everything is smooth! Thank you!"

"The staff is always friendly, accommodating and efficient. Always ready to finish your coffee without any questions. Portion sizes are more than sufficient. There was a couple of times, and the housekeepers tend to overcook, but still tasty. When you get there at 8:00, there is no problem with seating. On Sunday, get there early. It, packed from 9am and waiting can be more than 20-25 minutes."
