"Ruth’s has really gone downhill since it was acquired by Darden. Prices are higher and quality is much lower. Took over an hour after ordering to get our entrees. They have changed their meat supplier. My wife’s steak was too tough to be eaten. Mine was subpar. We saw other people sending their meals back. If I want Outback quality I can go there and pay Outback prices. This time I got Outback quality at Ruth Chris prices. Huge disappointment. Stay away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"Terrible. Called me 3x to confirm then had to wait while they looked for a table when we arrived. Gave us a table at the kitchen door which I declined. My son had steak and baked potato which he asked for with no butter. Both came slathered in butter. Sent back My husband had the pork chop which was dry and flavourless. I had fish and chips which was ok. Over hyped sports bar with tvs everywhere. Had to ask for cutlery and water. Don’t waste your time or money here. Many better places in the same area."
