"Phenomenal dinner- best steak I’ve ever tasted- was the tenderloin. My boyfriend stated “it has been kissed by the angels.” We also tried a few ounces of the Kobe beef ribeye which was spectacular but incredibly rich and that was plenty for us. The potatoes were incredibly creamy and the Amuse Bouche was a tantalizing strawberry gazpacho with tajin rim with a stuffed jalapeño puff. The wait staff was kind and attentive to our every whim and although we did not get wine the sommelier was very knowledgeable"

"We've eaten at La Osteria many times over the years and we always enjoy our dinner's there, which we time for Thursday and ArtWalk in SJdelCabo. Our vist last week toLa Osteria lived up to our expectation....but at the risk of being a killjoy the food seemed to have slipped just a bit. It was still good...but it would have benefited from a ittle more attention in the kitchen, inciuding overly chared octopus entre and too well cooked steak. To be clear we cose not to "send it back to kitchen" but its something worth mentioning.Nonetheless, we look foward to our next visit."

"This is more a fish restaurant than meat. It was our second visit, because we wanted to give them a second chance. On both occasions we booked a table on Open Table about 2 hours before arriving. And on both occasions they didn't know of our reservation. Filet mignon the first occasion was raw (not medium as ordered) and on the second occasion was boot leather. Nice people, though. If you go, try the fish."
