"I don't know what all these positive reviews are about, or why I saw so many customers, but this was a disappointment, and that is being generous. I ordered earlier in the day for a later scheduled pickup. I was very much looking forward to some upside-down style pizza and tenders a reviewer said were fantastic (or something to that effect . I arrived about five minutes early, and my pizza was done, but my order of Buffalo tenders was not. I know this because the open kitchen and seating layout allows you to hear most everything. About 10 minutes after my pickup time, my tenders were ready and my order was brought out to me. I was a little annoyed since I placed my order hours prior, but it wasn't a big deal. I understand places get busy. I was within a 1 minute walk, so I was excited for some fresh hot food. Well, what I got was warm upside-down pizza(? now tasting more like tomato pie. There was plenty of sausage, a full layer across the entire pizza, but I couldn't taste it. For the matter, I couldn't taste much of anything. I don't know where my onions are, because I certainly can't taste or feel those in my mouth. The crushed tomato sauce just tasted like wetness, not even water, just wetness. Reviewers warned against par-baked dough, but I've made, eaten, and used dough like this in the past those mostly came out great. But this was just flavorless, chewy bread. I was so excited for the Buffalo tenders following my disappointment with this pizza-like food. I know when they're tossed they soak up some sauce and become less crispy, but these were already pure sog, just wet bread and tough chicken. They forgot to include my bleu cheese dressing, so I walked back over to get some. I was given my forgotten bleu cheese with no contest, but the bleu cheese could not save the chicken. Most of this meal ended up in the trash and I'm left wondering what establishment I should brave next considering my continuing and prevailing hunger. Save your money; I should have.
