"We were in Milwaukee for a convention and noticed that Pier 106 was the only seafood restaurant around so decided to give it a try. Its right on the Riverwalk so a great location especially for those who like to sit outside (we didn't). We had great service and our meal was very good. We enjoyed an appetizer of mussels & clams which had white sauce over them - sauce reminded me of New England clam chowder - very different than what we expected but delicious. I had the stuffed salmon as my entrée and my husband had the ahi tuna - both dishes were very good. I'd recommend Pier 106 to anyone visiting Milwaukee."

"I made a reservation through OpenTable for 7 PM on a Monday night, however, the reservation was not needed because the restaurant was VERY empty. I’ve personally enjoyed the quietness for a work event. Our waitresses were Brittany and Emily. They were both fantastic. Food was delicious. We had the tomahawk steak, wedge, salad, shrimp, cocktail, and lobster mac cheese I would recommend everything… 10 out of 10."

"I celebrated my birthday here, but I should have watched the menu before I should pay for all meals. there were only 8 of us and sambuca accused a 20% tipp on parties of 6 or more. I paid $800. so that said eating was amazing, the band mambo jazz kings were great, and everyone had a good time."

"My husband and I didn’t want Thanksgiving leftovers. We love Perry’s filet sliders and smoky Ritas. We added a wedge salad and enjoyed every bit of our meal. Our server was top notch. I can’t recall his name for the life of me but he was a young and handsome black man with locs. He had a great personality and took great care of us. We’ll be back!"

"I first went to Sal y Pimienta on a Wednesday with a group of 20 from work. They have an off-menu steak selection that is excellent. The server did a great job of explaining the different steaks, origins, and preparation methods. We started with a variety of appetizers. The empanadas are amazing, especially the cream of corn. We also had the smoked Carpaccio de lomo which was also great. For dinner, I had the 45 dry-aged bone in rib eye. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our entire party was impressed with the food and service. (shout out to Jesus). The food was so good that my wife and I went there for dinner that Saturday. She had the 8 oz Bije de Lomo Uruguayo and I had the 45 dry-aged rib eye again. I highly recommend Sal y Pimienta."
