"Tonight was a catastrophe. ironically, our reservation made with this page did not work in the restaurant because their reservation system did not work. So they had a lobby full of people, with reservations, wondering what happened. the manager is good that we still sit fast. we ordered 3 entrees by sirloin steak and a chicken sandwich. the sandwich was brought out from some ground as an appetizer, while we waited about 20 minutes or so for the rest of the escaped. they came, but two steaks were well made and one was underboiled (except rare) though we all specified “medium”. also it was lukewarm and the plate was room temperature. only a stir got the brokkoli (they ran apparently) and they were not even cooked raw and heated. the rest of our party has never received all its sides. we sympathized with the server that was laboriously apologising, but the harm was done. that is no longer the Friday we have grown up with the last 20 years, that was a complete mistake."
