"I've been visiting Breadsmith on a weekly basis for quite a while now.(years) The staff and products are outstanding. My problem is, lately, my go to loaf of Rustic Italian bread has been inconsistent in it's freshness. Some days, I pick up a loaf that stays fresh for 3-4 days, unlike other times when I pick up a loaf which start to stale the next morning. I bought a loaf yesterday that I can no longer use to make sandwiches. Money down the drain. It wasn't always like this. Stay fresh!"

"The staff could be a little more friendly. It was really just a woman. The other woman noticed that we were frustrated with her and came here to help us. She was much more friendly and helpful. The food must be covered. Our leaks were on the dry side. Not sure we're going back."

"Google mistakenly had their closing time an hour later but when I called the woman working still let me in to purchase two loaves. Incredibly nice considering she had no obligation. Fantastic service and great bread. UPDATE (4/9/2020): Still great service! They are still being amazing purveyors of bread, even through this COVID-19 pandemic. I especially appreciate the gentleman behind the counter (never caught his name). He has always been patient with me when I can't make a decision on the type of bread. If the owners are reading this, he deserves a raise!"
