"I ordered online and picked up in store. When I went in my food was ready but they forgot one of my sides and the gravy so I had to wait additional time for them to get what was missing. Once I got my side, it felt really light so I opened the container and asked them if it was normal to receive so little. The girl working the register went and checked and came back to tell me that she was told that the amount was normal and that the containers for their sides were big. I still wasn’t convinced especially after seeing the sides on the tray so when I finished eating one of my sides, I decided to dump the one in the container on my plate to see how it compared. It was very little compared to the others and in addition to paying for the 3 side meal, I also had to pay an additional $1.89 which now seeing this in the takeout tray was absolutely not worth the additional money I paid. The food was decent but a little on the cold side especially after having to wait for them to bring out the additional items they left out. Only reason I didn’t give this a 1 star review is because the girl at the register was nice and did her best to rectify the situation. I included my photos showing the little bit in the container and what my 2 original sides looked like and then a picture of what the 3rd side looked like once I dumped them on the tray."
