"We had a great breakfast here while in town for a long weekend. We had a short wait, and were seated in a nice, cool area between the main part of the restaurant and the patio. Get a bloody mary to start; you won't regret it! Between the 4 of us, we had a (large) pancake, biscuits gravy, a reg 2 egg breakfast, and the risotto and kale cakes! The sausage gravy is on the sweet side, but man those biscuits are so yummy! Everything was tasty, service was friendly, and we will return!"

"Great family restaurant with reasonable prices and wonderful food. Ate there three times with my daughter while staying in town. Everything we had was wonderful and fresh/hot. Their home made ranch is the best I've ever had. I ordered a monte Cristo on one of our visits and I highly recommend that. It was huge !"

"Very, very good pastry! A lot to choose, and very nice attention. Tha place is small but it has good vibe. It has a couple of little tables on the sidewalk, and you can get a simple coffee. By Tha way, if you're looking for good coffee in different flavors, just grab your pastry and cross the street to the Black Cat coffee. You'll get the best of both worlds."

"Overall the place is OK. The place is somewhat pricey. Clam chowder is very good as well as their bread pudding. Coffee is bad but typical in the business where they use batches of ground coffee that are ages old. Their omelettes are flavorless. I suspect they are not made with fresh eggs. The other thing is that it is not unusual to see a guy on pajamas walking around the place. I'm told he is the chef. I found that a bit disturbing."

"We came in a little after 10 o’clock last Saturday morning and ordered the chicken fried steak, a breakfast burrito and some pumpkin pancakes. I had the impression that the food was going to be delicious, (after reading how good the reviews were), but unfortunately none of us were impressed with our meals.:(The chicken fried steak was very small and not fresh at all. My fiancé said the burrito was alright and my daughter said her pancakes and hot chocolate tasted off."
