"Large family business. The owner welcomes you personally at the door with a warm old school jersey! The walls are with photos of local fish and killer Giants Football memorabilia!! Pig roll sandwich and pancakes were made exactly right! If you are looking for the authentic Jersey Shore Diner experience, you will not be disappointed."

"The coveted run-down-but-safe feeling is something a place earns, not creates. Love the feeling of the place. The food is cooked PROPERLY!!! 1. My toast actually had butter and was still warm. 2. The French toast recipe is delicious. Thin white bread, perfectly soaked and grilled, wonderful balance of butter, cinnamon, vanilla and powdered sugar on top. 3. Eggs over easy were completely cooked on the outside, unbroken, and the yolk was still liquid and warm. That is a skill lost on most diner grill cooks. Bravo! 4. my bacon was cooked soft as I requested it. MMM 5. Saff is attentive without being obtrusive and everyone had a smile for me. Thank you!"

"Really like the place . Food was great ,servers very friendly and nice. Would have given it five stars except for the fact they charge you 6.oo for bringing your own bubbly champagne. Never saw that before. Not sure thats even legal not listed on the menu guess you can tell I'm not happy about paying for service or item we didn't get"

"We waited to be seated and none of the staff came to help us,we ended up leaving along with 2 more groups of people Update! My family and I decided to give a another chance and we didn't regret it,Jennifer our waitress was so sweet and nice....our breakfast was absolutely yummy,we ended up going back for more the following day,everyone was very welcoming and nice. I wish I knew there was a power outage the first time I visited and decided to walk out,I apologize for my first review,I increased the stars and wish I could give it more than 5"
