"We had booked into a B and B for the last night of a french trip. We went out looking for a bar or restaurant having driven for a.number of hours. Not an easy task as we couldnt find anywhere open! We saw the lights on here and called in. After some difficulties ( we dont speak good french) and with the help of another customer we enjoyed a great meal of chicken in peanut sauce and didnt have to go to bed hungry!We were very surprised at the bill! Dinner and two beers for around 20 euros ! Bonus"

"Nous sommes retournés dans ce petit restaurant "caché" à l'entrée du pont de l'ile d'oleron...Nos expériences précedentes nous ont incitées à y retourner...L'accueil est toujours aussi sympa, la carte courte gage de fraicheur, fruits de mer d'une fraicheur irréprochable, le filet de boeuf d'une grande tendreté.Avant de passer le pont d'oleron, n'hésitez pas à faire une halte gourmande, vous ne le regretterez pas pour un très bon rapport qualité prix ."

"We came here twice as we enjoyed the food that much, the kids loved it here and even a year later my daughter still goes on about buffalo grill. The service wasn't the fastest but we didn't mind as we were on holiday so we...were in no rush, the food however was really very good and great value for money we could not fault it one bit. definitely recommend a visit here"
