"Seen from outside the restaurant does not pay a mine, but the interior is very friendly, all in wood way mountain chalet. the staff is very nice, the plates are very well garnished for a reasonable price, many of the Vosges specialties. a good address"

"Another eatery serving local food', we were disappointed by the tourte vosgienne whish was a slab of meatloaf covered with soggy pastry, the chips were cold and overcooked. The service was excellent and we wished we had chosen the pizza cooked on the fire, they...smelled delicious. Wifi is not an essential part of an evening out."

"Completely overrated by tripadvisor this is a restaurant located in an old converted shop with old shabby interior. The atmosphere is less than in a students canteen and the menus are loose papersheets which already went through thousands of hands. There is disturbing music from...a Watts bluetooth speaker, all dust and smoke from the kitchen directly goes into the guests room, no chance for fresh air if the door is not open. There is just window ...and just very small bathroom. The food itself is done in proper manner, good quality of meat but the cook overdoes it with the starters rather absurd combinations and the main dish is just half of what at least could be expected. I would not recommend this restaurant as in average you will leave with a bill of p.p. which is neither justified by the location nor the food you get here."

"Dinner was ok but way overpriced for a burger and some fries. Staff was not understanding. We tried to communicate in our best French and English. Since I am pregnant I had some diet restrictions. I seriously don't understand that young people in the tourist industry don't speak english..."

"We looked at the reviews on tripadvisor and as many we were not disappointed. Very good meal, very good reception, all for a very reasonable price. entrance, dish, cheeses (almost rare) and dessert for 26 e pers without the wines of course."
