"Un régal de saveurs locales et un accueil sympathique, au pied des Pyrénées entre Pau et Lourdes, du calme et du repos dans cet établissement, au gré des méandres du gave de Pau. J'ai adoré les fromages et la confiture traditionnelle de cerises noires, les plats sont locaux et bons. La piscine est un plus, bien agréable en ces périodes de chaleurs estivales."

"1st January 2017 for lunch, a lots of restaurants were closed but not Le Central at Lestelle Betharam.The smell inside was very good like in my children memory: the Garbure, typical soup of this area. The same than my Grand mother and my father! The taste was perfect. I recommend the Garbure Royale served with duck leaver and duck confit.The other dishes are home made: chicken nuggets and fries of the children menu, gratin dauphinois with a very good meet...Even the ice cream were home made!Nice view on the river "le gave de Lourdes".Please don t hesitate to enter!"
