"Visited loop cafe for a quick bite and coffee, I always drive out of my comfort zone and decided to try the Tinga Tacos. I have to mention that tacos are in my DNA, the taste was ok, but the biggest mistake was to use the tortilla cold and the ingredients hot, a big no-no for tacos. Turkey sandwich was better, also improved service requirements, prices are high for the food and services provided."

"This was a great Cracker Barrel! Our waitress Donna was great! Not a super long wait, and the whole staff was top notch. As we were leaving, there was a lady who was being very rude to the management and the girl taking payment. Super uncalled for, but they handled it with grace and care. Kendra took my payment (and I think that’s who was being yelled at) and she was super kind. Highly recommend this location!"

"Great little restaurant! I highly recommend it. I ordered the NY Stromboli. It was gigantic, cooked to perfection and super delicious! The Marinara had a great taste! I also have the Gyro Platter. I had them replacing the fries with additional Pita bread, because I'm not such a Frey type. Gyro meat was delicious, Pita bread was soft and warm, salad had a lot of feta cheese and the Greek dressing was well made with more feta in it. The staff was friendly and attentive. A great experience."

"Service is great…food, not so much. Soft taco is salty bbq teriyaki wings were tough to chew. Are the wings frozen just coated in jar sauce? The kids hamburger was good! French fries were good. So, all three adults were bummed it wasn’t better."

"This is a hidden gem with excellent pricing coming from a larger city. The plate was large and the pork was very good! Not dried out or over flavored. They even had Kentucky style sauce. The dessert was fabulous. Never experienced a sinker before. Loved it! Waiter was a kind and attentive young man with a smile. I would go back for the other menu items because I bet they don?t disappoint! Just a short ride from Hickory"

"Ww stopped in Town Tavern for lunch on a Tuesday. We ordered the nachos and the fish and chips. The gosh and Chios were good. The fried fish was still moist and delicious. The. Aches has lettuce on them which I normally would rather it not buy otherwise was good. The view of the river is amazing. They have lots of tvs throughout the pub. The menu had numerous other things I would like to try in future visits. Overall great experience."
