"Went to dinner here with friends on Christmas day 2021. We had the assistant manager waiting on us. There was a wait, but there were signs clearly posted saying they were short staffed so we didn't mind. Our server was very kind, fast, funny and patient. Several other diners caused a scene due to wait times or lack of menu items. Yelling and almost berating her. She handled it so well. Working the entire section alone. We've worked food and customer service so we know how difficult what she was doing was. I only wish I had asked her name. Ihop has a gem working for her. We are almost able to give her a 100% tip combined but was a little short. I hope her baby girl knows how hard her mama works for her!"

"Very delicious pho, club sandwiches , French fries And Mango Boba tea (made FRESH). The man running the place was very nice and pretty quick considering he was working by himself when We visited. If you wanna support local business, this is a great one to start with!"

"My husband I were traveling from Baytown, TX to Joplin, MO. We decided to eat somewhere besides the available chain restaurants in our area. And are we glad we did! The service was friendly efficient. The food was excellent! My husband had flounder shrimp and I had bacon wrapped shrimp. The rice and steamed vegetables were perfect and the salad ingredients were fresh tasty. We will make a point to eat here again if we are in the area."

"As a Houston native I eat BWW all the time. The chef however at this specific location My chicken was dry/tough, the fries were REALLY salty in a gritty way. I was disappointed as I just moved to Nac and I hate giving up on a home fav. I’ve tried twice now and both times the food just wasn’t good in my opinion."

"Arrived at 630pm, store was empty. 4 workers sitting in the back. Food all under tables and booths, part of a pork chop on floor by front door. It sat on the floor the whole time I was in there eating and all employees walked past it. I asked my waitress why is it so dirty and she replied we don’t have a busboy. So I asked who is in the back just chilling. She said managers and other waiters. I guess they aren’t capable of cleaning the restaurant. But the first thing our waiter said when we walked in, was it’s been dead for along time and they had to put a big open sign in the window. I don’t think the open sign is going to help when it’s filthy. Seems like every time I’m in there it’s dirty."

"Great cappuccino! Usually people serve it piping hot which isn’t how it’s supposed to be served. The foam/ milk ratio was perfect. Service was nice as well and a delicious muffin. Delicious!"
