"I ordered a late meal for me, my wife and mother son in law for picking up on valleyeats. As soon as I reached the restaurant, I was told that my order went out of the door to another customer. I was quite discouraged by this and was told to contact valleyeats about the order that made me no sense, I can't ask her to get my meal back from another customer, especially during the time of the covid? the server contacted the service itself and solved the problem by creating the order that was estimated. it didn't take long to jump over and was out of the door in 15 minutes. Now that was eating even fantastic, with healthy portions of food in each takeout bin. it was ignorantly spicy, but it was a welcome surprise that I and my wife enjoyed. overall, while the service was rough, it was for and eating was great. I would recommend it, although due to the circumstances that I faced, but also the interior of the restaurant is quite beautiful. if you want to order, I suggest calling the restaurant and doing their order on these wise to possibly dance like I avoid. my experience with this is the only thing that really keeps me from a perfect score. my recommended meals: bbq burger Waffen chicken burger"

"I have never in my life dealt with such rude cx service! I work for a phone company and do customer service myself! I went to order my food and asked if they still had the buffalo chicken, doesn’t answer my question and says are you drinking Pepsi with that like pardon?What happened to my question that you just skipped over? Also she was nothing but snotty through the whole order I get it sucks to work on New Year’s Eve but don’t come in to be rude to customers! I didn’t book you to work Harvey’s did! I will never again eat here every time me and my husband go this is what happens don’t recommend. I have also worked here and got nothing but bullied! My supervisor was yelling at me so bad that a customer came to yell at my supervisor explaining the debit machines that were working arnt my fault and was yelling at me in rush our lunch in front of all my customers! If you want to be treated right go to Petawawa it may be a drive but better then going to this place!"

"A group of 10 of us met at Kerry's for dinner on a Friday night. Upon arriving the waitress was kind and brought my husband and I to our table. We were the first couple to arrive, and ordered drinks which were brought quickly to the table. Upon our friends arriving the service got worse and worse. it seemed to take forever to get our food and When anyone ordered any drinks it was like a huge inconvenience for the waitress. considering there were only two tables of people when we arrived and we were the last group to leave. Once we finally got our food it was less than appetizing. I ordered a veggie burger and caesar salad which tasted like there was something very off with the dressing. My husband ordered wings and an 'Everyday Burger'. Unfortunately for him he had to stop eating half way through because he felt sick to his stomach. Hmm. All in all, two meals and a couple drinks later, our bill was over 100.$ The service was poor and the food was questionable. If you're in the area for a good meal, try somewhere else. If you're visiting the area and want to stick to food you may know, go to Boston Pizza."

"This is the most visited place along the stretch of Highway 17 that runs from Ottawa to North Bay, I would imagine. It's constantly full of truck traffic, vacationers and folks from nearby.It is a truck stop restaurant to be sure, right down to the CB radios for sale in the entrance. There's lots of t-shirts with 'I hate my wife'-like slogans, beef jerky, and similar things for sale in the convenience store.And there's the restaurant.My friend liked his omlette. Large quantities and fresh ingredients. Well-cooked potatoes.I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich platter and was disappointed. Waxy, tasteless orange cheese, frozen corrugated french fries barely cooked. I don't know that it was reasonable to expect something more elaborate or foodie-friendly in a truck stop. But how hard is it to wreck a grilled cheese sandwich? And at $9 or so it wasn't cheap -- or at least not as cheap as it tasted.The coffee was good, and the service was fast, friendly and very competent.I'd go back there, but this time have an omlette with some flavour of potato that you can't fake or toss from the freezer to fryer to plate in 30 seconds.I expect they do their meat dishes better."

"I would like to give everyone the advantage of doubt. But considering that I traveled to other continents (quebec doesn't count haha) to bask in the glory that the Crepe is, I wouldn't be an honest person when I said that the experience was here... everything just after the subpar. Not best. Because the presence of FOH Donnes is anything but hospitable. the feature speciality is a pancake that forgets French. Love and passion in the design menu is absent. 2 stars for the threshing I tasted real truffles."
