"We ate there last week, despite the temperature we wanted to enjoy the terrace and it was just perfect. the meal was delicious and the service was very pleasant. I don't leave any comment, but this time it was obligatory because it's certainly the best restaurant I've had for a long time. Thank you for this good continuation of you."

"In a village that is ranked among the most beautiful villages of france, elected which more is, preferred village of French in 2012, a pretty shaded terrace, a welcoming of the most smiling, illuminating details about the choice of dishes, wise advice on the wine map in this establishment that is a must, if it is the best table of Saint-Cirq lapopie. However, the nirvana deserves because lou bolat is located at the top of the village and accessing it on foot requires a little effort. But everything is done, is that not what makes the difference between good and best to not say excellence. Thank you for this (delicious) moment."

"I read some of the negative reviews in this region and many are from my fellow Americans complaining about slow service ... hello, this is France, not McDonald 's, and we are dining on their schedule, not ours. That means slow meals and yes it can take...forever to get the check. In the case of this restaurant, operated by a man and woman (maybe husband and wife? , service was prompt and friendly, and we had a choice of tables outside on their lovely patio. My sister had a vegetarian salad which she said was one of the best she 's had on our trip so far, and I had the coq au vin, very good, and the chocolate mousse, lovely. Prices were very fair and service was prompt and attentive. I 'm guessing if the entire patio is full, you will wait like at most restaurants in this region. Many are 'mom and pop ' establishments and they cannot keep up when they are totally full. However my experience today was excellent."
