"A culinary journey from the beginning to the end of a very special evening. Last Friday we were at the gourmet restaurant of Nico Burkhardt. We were personally welcomed by Chef Nico and his companion Bianca. Unfortunately, due to the Corona measures we could not take our aperitif at the bar as usual. In our last visits, it was one of the highlights to watch Chef Nico, how he lovingly and meticulously prepared the Amuse Gueule, which we got to the table this time, due to the current situation — these were also of the highest quality. We chose the 6 course menu with the absolutely harmonious wine tour. He managed to take us on a culinary journey. The complete menu is a gourmet experience with unforgettable taste explosions. The staff as always, despite the Corona masquerade very competent, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant small, fine and relaxed a place to feel good. We would like to thank Nico and Bianca and the entire team for this unforgettable evening. It was once again an experience of a special kind. We look forward to the next time."

The HP talks a little about “visit us also in Gmünd”, but somehow it is not so open and satisfied. If you are looking for burgers and prices on HP, you are quickly left alone. Well, friends of hopeful expansion: I think there's something else to do. In addition, honestly among us priests: The back room is so merciful that it can never be fully occupied. But we didn't want to sit in it, but outside. There were only two parasols on the warm day, and the shades were already occupied. But the rest was absolutely harmonious and gave a good taste. My wife was also very happy with her Flattermannburger. It is also very good and balanced. Okay, she had a bit of the Mayo after she beat around her. Nevertheless, she was also satisfied. The burgers were still accompanied by a small bowl of Krautsalat neudeutsch: Koleslaw of the kind not announced. More Gimmick than Gaumenschmeichler. Conclusion: The house can be recommended as an alternative to a fast meal at others, rather inappropriate, houses in the corner. The meat comes from local butchers, after the friendly Mitgriller, and is definitely not a TK-good or the like. They are also really happy with the only layer and fed. In addition, so-called blockhouse steaks are offered. This goes from 180g Ms. Rumpsteak to the middle class of the 350g to 600g meat bread Ribeye, T Bone, dry aged porterhouse to the undeniable 1.2kg dry aged Tomahawk. Steaks we certainly do not strive in the house. We need a more cozy atmosphere.
