"Wow. My girlfriend and I ate here twice this week while on vacation. Each meal was amazing. The staff are awesome. The seafood chowder and lobster roll are absolutely amazing, and I could easily eat either one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend 12 Ocean Grill to anyone looking for great food and reasonable prices. Keep up the great work 12 Ocean Grill."

"Went there Saturday for a reunion. Should have gone to Browns across the street. Clams tasted old scallops and haddock was ok. For 33.95 a plate better off just getting scallops or going elsewhere. There is no handicap ramp but handicap parking. So for some with walkers or walking boots the stairs were awful. Maybe NH handicap laws are different compared to Massachusetts. Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility Service: Dine in"

"I have been to many 99 restaurants. This restaurant needs an upgrade. Its worn. I had soup as it was perfect for the chilly wet weather we were experiencing. The crackers were open. I choose not to eat them. My dads crackers were stale. Silverware knife was dirty didn't use it. Soup cld have been hotter. Chicken Sandwich, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Chicken was way smaller for the bun. Probably wold not go back to this 99."

"You'll find a good selection of seafood and Americana foods. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is a popular local and tourist choice so expect a wait during peak hours. The hours are subject to change, as are all in the area, based upon the time of year. By Oct everything in the area closes a bit earlier.Inside and outside seating is available. We enjoyed the outside seating and the live music was a nice surprise."

"The shrimp n grits was delicious bursting with flavor and more than expected and ready in 15 mins. I asked if they had sausage links the cashier said yes when we opened the bag at home it was a burnt piece of meat! That was more than disappointing. The location is dark I thought they were closed the front desk ladies aren?t very friendly I don?t remember hello, come in or thank you. We spent $40 on the meal the burnt meat was the most disappointing"

"I was recently in town for the Harvest Moon Regatta, and while I enjoy the area, stumbled on this Hidden Gem! It's gonna be a regular stop when I'm far from close. I found great gifts for my children and was so impressed by the hospitality and operation of the owner. They welcomed me with a few custom pouring over (or a French press if you so desire) of some of their excellent brew. We shared sailing stories to be out at sea. (I strongly recommend hearing her). And I can't wait for my next trip!"
