"A must for a good sit down food. Salad, both Cesear and house were not anything special. The apps were phenomenal! Gator Bites were a perfect combination of light breading with just the right amount of seasoning. The gator itself was as tender as I've ever had. The onion bloom was a great lightly breaded and perfect seasoning blend. The steak had a seasoning blend I was not familiar with that had some light notes of warm spices that married well with the flavor of the steak itself. The steak tips were slightly over cooked but the mix of onions and peppers more than made up for it. Flavorful and still juicy. The steak burger was a different spice than the other steaks that was a great compliment to the tender ground beef that allowed the beef to be tasted within the bun and toppings. Top job and will now be added to our favorites lists."

"Was greeted instantly and seated right away. Server was knowledgeable about menu and helpful with questions. We had the nachos as a appetizer and they were fantastic. We both ordered the bourbon chicken and it was delicious. Drinks were filled promptly. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. Take a jacket, it was cold too me, but not too my husband, definitely recommended and we will be back."

"Austin's will forever be a favorite!! Not only do they make Tes Ro$%hou*e look like the McDonald's of steakhouses, they serve PHENOMENAL steaks, apps, drinks and friendliness. Our app was the cactus bloom which is an onion breaded and fried, this app can be found in almost any steakhouse but theirs is top notch due to the seasoning. I had the 14oz New York strip with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes and as always it was AMAZING. My husband proposed at Austin's in 2017. If they weren't a favorite for that they would DEFINITELY be one due to the food!!! 10/10 will eat here every chance my wallet allows!!! "I went here for one reason alone and that was because they serve burnt ends. Not sure what burnt ends are? The best description I can give you that it is the bacon of the beef world. I also had some of their St. Louis spare ribs. Both meats were very tender and had an excellent smoked flavor. My one side was brussel sprouts with bourbon honey glaze and the other was the mac and cheese. The brussel sprouts were a little on the sweet side and the mac and cheese was nothing special. They have a nice happy hour from 3:00 to 7:00 though. Our server did a great job and the pricing was lower than some other barbecue places but I would say that is because portions were slightly smaller. There's plenty of other things on the menu I'd like to try, so I'll be going back here next time I can. Maybe I'll see you there."

"Great food and service! We have had both take out and dined in at this location. The food is always goods and the staff very friendly. They have a great variety if seafood options on the menu. They are one of the few restaurants in Valdosta that offers a variety of salt water fish."
