"Great small place with really good eating and a decent little bar. our bartender nick was great, wished only that they would do imer of domestically, how we go much of them to thru and at $4 a bottle wanting to go back, but again atmosphere, nod at the bar, and that eating is good! update: buckets now available at a great price to love this place in the last weeks!"

"Don't bother. Seems you are more of a Hassel than a customer. Owner sits at bar and drinks. The other location in Indian Trail is far worse, same owner. It's sad. The food is decent, but it just really, really sucks as far as the experience in restaurant and service is touch and go depending on if there are servers or not. For instance, tonight a Wednesday-closed, but the website and FB said open. Kind of done wasting my time on this restaurant. Waxhaw would be better off if they put a Panera there!"

"We love Stacks! There's usually a wait on the weekend but it's always worth it. The food comes out quick and we have never been disappointed. The servings are large. This morning I got the salmon eggs Benedict and it is in my top favorite versions. Our server Kelsey was great, very attentive, accurate, and personable. We always bring out-of-town guests here to show them a little taste of Waxhaw."

"Hands down the best fried pickles I've ever had. I'm no Southern Gourmet but these were crunchy and delicious. Amber the bartender/server was outstanding. Great spot right near Publix with a patio. It wasn't very busy for lunch on Thursday but I believe they just opened recently. Great spot that more people should know about! I'll be back."

"We will go back. Wanted to state that up front because the experience was a mixed bag. The food in general was very good, with an opportunity for the salad that was served with WAY too much vinegar dressing. The greeting at the front door was poor. The hostess looked like she was tired and wanted to be anywhere else. Took us to our table, dropped the menus and took off. Service was very slow, which was surprising because the place was half empty on a Sunday evening. Korean wings were excellent. Pork belly tacos were very good and the flatbread was good too. Margarita was too strong, but better than the reverse, right? We added a little water and stirred it up and were happy with it. The waiter, although slow, was pleasant and upbeat. Covid protocols were not evident with most of the staff, which is a minus, and one plate had a hair in it. Lots of issues, but the food flavors and recipes will bring us back to give it another try."

"Stacks is the best family breakfast place in the city of Waxhaw. I have often visited Stacks and every time I come here, my experience is just as good as the last. The staff is very efficient and quick to help with all the problems a customer can have. I had a lot of fun talks here because the staff is so easy to talk. Whenever I go here, I always get homemade French toast and some freshly squeezed orange juice. This is my meal because it tastes amazing. Stacks also includes a variety of gluten-free options that allow me to recommend this breakfast place to my friends with allergies. When I think of stacks, I think of high-quality memories with friends and families. Sometimes during the weekends during the rush hours there is a decent waiting time, but for me it is always worth waiting. Also, the staff does not try to push you so you can take time and enjoy your food. I 100% recommend a visit to stacks when you are in town. This diner-style restaurant has a lot to offer and if you visit once you have to stop again."
