"Excellent food. Staff very knowledgeable and trained on which options are available as gluten free. French pommes were amazing. All burgers were available as gluten-free, except those in which the plaster contained gluten (the roasted chicken and the vegan plaster). The selection of soft drinks and delicious cocktails and wine. No gluten-free beer. Bonus! A free Vintage Street Fighter II video game."

"Stovells chobham surrey it is a hidden gem of this place with its South American influenced French theme menu. home made stovells gin is the series of the day my ex-college girl has made, now excellent chef fernando, and younger has come far. he will be on Saturday's kitchen this week with chef james martin, probably talking about the Mexican and Argentine punsch he put into his eating. the settings are more homely, but this is chobham for them a real quantendorf that is fucked somewhere in deep surrey. the entrance was greeted by a warm open fire from dried of wood and a cocktail or two. low ceilings, but the beams make them feel like they could go into a very lush pub! amuse bouche was a beautiful surprise, and the wood fired baked brot was delicious. smoked butter to go with it. grilled makrele, terrine, braided brisket, cadjau, petit pois asacienne and a whisper of chard all washed with a fine Spanish white, made it a very Mediterranean afternoon with a much taste and a beautiful environment too. the restaurant was full and the chairs were really comfortable, we enjoyed it immensely. my schokopude was perfectly plated and I loved the milcheis that came with him. the cheese selection was incredibly well thought-out and well presented with its own small card! 10/10 well made chef fernando, happy to see how great her restaurant does: and thank you for her generousness"

"I did have a hair in my food but tbh I understand that can happen. It's a good place to pop in and have a casual lunch where you can talk and have privacy. Food was kinda average, really strange dessert (marvelleaux) that was like an Eton mess but without the strawberries and choc and hazelnut instead. Was sugar overload and reminded me of something you put together when you haven't got a dessert and chucking things from the cupboard in for a fix The mushroom starter was soggy and not particularly strong flavour. Mains water best course. Would probably just stick with that next time and yeah there will be a next time. It's a reasonably priced lunch menu, there is a nice ambience and if you wanna pay a bit extra I'm sure a la carte would deliver more."

"What a nice experience my partner and I had in this great restaurant. So refreshing for the cook to choose a smaller menu of interesting and high-quality dishes over a wide selection. The recommended pudding wines were a perfect companion, the appetizers and the net tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will return soon."
