"I love their red and green toast it is a big slice and very delicious. The smoothie I had came as a combo with toast all for a 100 pesos I thought that was a pretty good deal. I love this place for breakfast! I don't really like the service too much, there is one man who is super friendly and attentive but the other girls who work there did not seem to attentive. Love the food overall!!"

"This place has all the aesthetics of a Mexican restaurant but resembles more of a Chevys. Everything is Americanized down to the salsas. All their food is bland, no taste. They took forever to get our food and when my tacos arrived they were cold. Their salsa lacked flavor, their shrimp fajitas was missing something, just plain taste. I'm not sure if the food is fresh or frozen but this place is not worth the hype. I also noticed we were not the only couple that felt like this saw another table waiting forever and then leave right away with half their food still left on the table. When the waiter asked if we liked our food we told him our opinion about the food and he just walked away. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else."

"De esas veces que te llama la atención algo, te aventuras a probar y te sacas un ‼️Tengo más de un mes en Playa del Carmen he visitado algunos restaurantes de diferentes tipos de comida y nada era sobresaliente.Hoy por la mañana mientras transitaba por Av. Colosio rumbo a cada de mi hermana para desayunar. Vi un anuncio Xninpek comida típica. Y me latió llegar, así que fue el lugar donde mitigue mi apetito. Aunque es un establecimiento pequeño, tiene ondita. La chica que nos atendió llevaba un lindo vestido típico, como uniforme. Digo uniforme ya que las personas de cocina también llevaban uno igual.La amabilidad y limpieza me sorprendieron. De inmediato nos recibió y ofreció algo de beber café, aguas frescas, jugos naturales o refrescos.Yo pedí un smothie de fresa y mi hermana una soda de cola.En eso llegó otra persona de un establecimiento hermano y puso en la mesa una charola con tres panecillos de dulce, no soy mucho de harinas y lácteos pero lo que dijo de uno de los panes hizo que mis papilas gustativas comenzaron a trabajar. Dijo pan con queso de bola, este era un bisquet y en la parte de arriba tenía ralladura de queso. El pan no era tan dulce y el toque de queso aunque fuerte era el suficiente como para no opacar el del pan.Ya que estaba en eso de conocer y arriesgarme pedí "Rabo de mestiza". Hahaha me causo gracia el título.Es una cacerola de tomate con huevos estrellados. Algo entre huevos ahogados o esos que te sirven en una cacerola de barro, pero el sabor es distinto.Mi hermana pidió tacos de cochinita pibil y los comió con singular alegría.Quién valla se sorprenderá.Además tienen vendimia de artesanías y ropa típica.Lo recomiendo ampliamente"

"This is a non-tourist type of place, so doesn't hurt to know a little Spanish, but they were super friendly. Was able to sample a couple flavors & decided on Amaretto, delicious!Not sure how long they've been around, but wanted to support them. It was 40 pesos for one scoop (good size) & 50 pesos for two scoops. Looked like cash only, but didn't ask."
