"I'd love to give this place 5 stars because the food is amazing and it's incredibly clean. We've come 3 times in the last 2 weeks and always tipped well except for tonight because the same thing has been an issue all 3x now. We originally thought maybe she was having a bad night the first time but now 3 separate times the older blonde woman working the carry out register has been exceptionally rude. I've always smiled at her, used manners, and this last time commented on how excited we were to find a Chicago's in Columbus just for her to thrust the receipt at me. And tell me to sign it all with a nasty look on her face and a rude tone then immediately walk away. I'm usually the type of person to leave a 40-50% tip especially on carry out because I know most people don't tip them but I just can't justify that anymore here with how she's treated us. If she hates her job so much she feels the need to take it out on customers who are kind to her she needs to find somewhere else to work not in customer service. This also happened at 6pm, 7pm, and 645pm no where near closing. I was always quick to decide what to order and kept things simple and the same order each time. We aren't sure if we're going to come back at this point or just try to find somewhere else."

"Pretty great place to stop in and grab a slice or two. Decent for ordering and picking it up. They have a really great taste and a style that nothing else in Plymouth can actually mimic. Great people behind the counter and a nice dining experience, especially if you're there for lunch. There are some times when I have wanted to order and they were closed, but overall I can definitely say I would recommend them to anyone looking for some great pizza."
