"Steaks were all pink the middle. 12oz was suppose to be well done. 8oz was suppose to be medium well. Both were completely pink inside. Everything else was delicious wish there was a way to order the bread."

"What an eventful night at Sullivan's! Let's take it from the top shall we? Parking was not ideal. I guess when it's a Friday night on the town, then everyone wants to be out and about. I would suggest reservations to avoid waiting so that you can get right to a table. When we were seated, I didn't care for the table we were at. It was near the entrance to the dining area and this was the staff's route of traffic. It was a bit too busy for me. I do think was asked for another table, but there was none available at the time. Appetizers: fried calamari and cocktail shrimp. I didn't care for the sauce on the calamari, I would have preferred it on the side so I could dip as needed. Also ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp (very light, but flavorful, and good mix of greens, I couldn't put my finger on the variety that were used). Entrees: crab cakes (light, but flavorful), scallops (cooked to perfection with a nice browning on each side). Everything was great until.... the vent from the air conditioning unit decided to leak onto our mostly eaten appetizers and just served entrees... The staff immediately went to the manager, who apologized, move us to a booth and had all our food re-fired. But they actually remade ALL OF OUR FOOD. We were stuffed to say the least, but the food was tastier the second time around! Our kids were glad they got to taste a little bit of everything we had the next day."

"They seemed short staffed. Our first waitress came over ones in 25 minutes took our whole order didn’t see her again until the food came out. Our second waiter who took over our table was great."

"The service was disappointing and not in keeping with my expectations for a high end restaurant. The waiter was inattentive: Never gave us rolls until we asked after the main course arrived. Overcharged us for two of the same side dishes. Did not refill our beverages. Did not come to check on our food, as one of our orders was unsatisfactory. We got assistance and attention of another waitress for help. Did not refresh my setup between appetizers and main course, even though he removed the used setup. After waiting along time after our entrees arrived, I borrowed a setup from another table."
