"I've been going here for quite a long time, but I think I'm done going here. The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, service is decent, it's just that they never get your order correct or the cream cheese is sour for some reason, or it takes 30+ minutes to make a bagel. I understand if they get the order wrong whenever it's super busy and loud there, but it's sucky when you point at what you want, they acknowledge, and still get it wrong. A simple bagel with cream cheese is like $4.50 and if I'm going to be getting the wrong order, why am I paying $2 more than dunkin? Not to mention how their work station is always dirty and I'm getting random food items like onions and tomatoes in my bagels. I know it's not much of a big deal, but when your day isn't going to great, it just adds up. All in all, online order isn't too bad, thats typically the only time I get my order right. This place Is decent if you want something quick and cheap(ish). I'm open to going in the future, but currently it feels like most of the workers just don't want to be there and aren't putting in that much effort to get the correct food out. Almost as if the new college students are just looking for a easy paycheck"
