"Okay the vegetarian dish made vegan (w/o feta) is one of the most amazing vegan meals I had in downtown Cincinnati in a long time! It has the works! I was a little skeptical b/c the lenses and rice are not hot or mixed, but they worked very well with the other cold objects and hummus in this meal. I highly recommend this place! The juices and smoothies are also fresh and delicious!"

"Simply great. This place is one that most overlook. However once inside its very nice, very clean, very affordable and very good. I eat here quite a bit. Their breakfast is great. They even serve their syrup in one of those squeeze bottles so i can soak every bite just like i like to. I don't eat much breakfast but here I do. Their dinner is also wonderful, one of the best chicken fried steaks around. Their desserts are always fresh and they have daily specials as well that are always very good sounding. Including chicken and dumplins. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The people who run it are also always so friendly. If you haven't tried it and your on the east side stop in, its well worth it i promise."

"Awful customer service!!!I was there exactly at opening and first and only lunch take out customer for the 15-20 minute waitI had two orders that I requested be bagged separatelyTurkey Reuben Rachel) with potato salad) and Reuben w/Mac cheese)Cleaning seemed to be the most important thing at the time!Then the person making the sandwiches just threw it to the tray on the counter one landed off the tray) and did the same with the sides one landed upside down)Then BOTH were bagged togetherThen I mentioned separate orders and she re-bagged themI dropped one to my family member and then drove home 9 miles away) to find out they had bagged the order wrong we both had the wrong sandwiches) so I drove back to exchange sandwichesAs for the food: the Reuben had zero sauerkraut and Rachel very little!The food prep lady certainly displayed a lack of caring!The counter lady showed about the same lack of customer care and service!07/07/2023$25.9810.31am"

"Only one other couple was there at the restaurant when we got there. we waited at the front to be seated around 10 minutes. There were two workers standing around on the floor, i ask if it was a seat yourself and the young man said no,someone will be with you shortly. We waited another 5 and left. Mind you there was only 2 other people in the lobby."

"We eat here relatively often but last night I’m sad to say wasn’t a stellar experience. We were seated at our reservation time of 7:30 however we waited almost an hour for dinner to come out. The wait staff was apologetic and I realize it’s not their fault, but we were pretty disappointed that the manager didn’t come by to our (or others around us) table and offer some sort of gesture for the lengthy wait. A dessert or something else minor would’ve gone a long way in this instance and assured our return in the future. I get it that sometimes there are things out of one’s control which can cause disruption in efficiency but when that happens, it’s good practice to let your paying patrons know you appreciate and want to keep their business. Not sure if we’ll be back for a while after that, too bad."

"I ordered the fillet Mignon, which was perfectly cooked and was absolutely delicious. My two daughters were with me and ordered a burger and sandwich without complaints. Since it was one of her birthdays, the waiter came out and sang happy birthday, which was such a great note. Service was great, but it was a bit loud, nothing unusual for the time of the day... everywhere we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back."

"I was hoping so much to enjoy this place after hearing about it from a friend. The 2am burger was great, but the mac’n’cheese that we were told it was “Amazing... the best... we have to try it!” was cold, dry noodles, with a hair on the bottom. To be fair I didn’t complain, but I was also in a position that it would have awkward to say anything. The ambiance was the same to me as any sit down, nothing special but not bad. The service was pretty good, but again nothing to stand out. Overall just a meh experience that I traveled an hour to and from for, paid for parking in a garage (not owned by the restaurant btw! Just to clarify) and paid close to 30 for one meal (that I didn’t really enjoy) and lemonade. Kind of a bummer."
