"We went on Valentines day and the staff was overwhelmed. It took minutes to get our meal and they only took our drink order once, never checked on drinks or water before the meal got there. The seasoning on my pork chop was way to salty. Had to cut away the grilled edge. Knowing they leaving you hanging for so long, they should have been buy to offer bread or snacks or something. A simple "we are soo busy" did not cut it. I could see they were in over there heads. Won't be back"

"Coming from a small town, population 16,556 the only buffet we have is at the Casino 20 miles out and at $29 for dinner for kids too! Found this on our last trip to Portland (PDX) Holy hockey sticks quite a acmorgishboard to choose from. $25 for two!! Senior discount 1 adult with 2 drinks. "Our experience was pretty. we went to the jubilee dinner. when the waiting staff came to the table, he had written a happy anniversary card that was a nice note. the atmosphere was pleasant and the waitress was very attentive. my steak was delicious, but my wife's skalopps were just okay, she said. we liked the restaurant enough to go back to breakfast the next day, and the breakfast was quite delicious. in general we would definitely come back and try again."

"Great service, great food.. We got the prix-fix brunch. Started out with a delicious Arabesque Parfait and fresh fruit in yogurt. Then moved straight on to two huge plate-sized pancakes and eggs Florentine. Everything was photo perfect and gourmet delicious. Couldn't finish the ample pancakes and topped it all off with a nice tiny sweet espresso. I am a pretty picky eater and this town has impressed me with its fine dining with professional service at reasonable prices. Coming from San Francisco for the weekend I am humbled and overcome (ok, that's too dramatic) by how well Portland eats. I look forward to a hasty return."

"My partner and I ordered from here, but somehow the order was lost and we had to place it again once we came to pick it up. The owner apologized profusely and offered to give us the meal for free! We declined as we also own a small business, and things happen!We just finished the meal, and I don't think I could have eaten any faster. It was beyond delicious! We appreciated the food and the gesture from the owner, and we will definitely be back.We ordered the Chicken Yassa, Fataya, Grilled Lamb Dibi, Thiou Boulette, and Bissap for our drinks."
