"Best coffee in town! And I live 4 blocks from it Come here all the town. Why go to Dutch bros (here is some sugar, coffee included), when you can get some real tasty coffee where I’ve never had a burnt shot before here at Arctos. Been coming here frequently for years now. Come check it out!"

"Had to wait 40 minutes to check out and other guest waited over an hour. Our room was not cleaned or very poorly vacuumed and wiped. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste splattered on it still. The fridge had a leftover fountain soda half drank. The room also had a STONG Marijuana smell that took 30 minutes with the door open to get most the smell out. One guest was honking his truck horn and was walking the halls shouting/banging on walls for the front desk person. When they arrive they looked like they were asleep. After we called another Quality inn from down the road asking what we should do because we needed to leave. Don't recommend this place!!"

"Recently, after COVID came back to the Grand and was satisfied with service and food! A few years ago The Grand actually housed us on Christmas day! We received a call from another Spokane restaurant that had some floods and they were unable to take dinner for us, and they suggested that we call The Grand. The Grand could make room for us and we had a great Christmas dinner and drinks!"

"Such a cute little place! It’s very small inside so I’m sure sometimes there’s a wait, but we lucked out. Our server was attentive and super nice. My latte and waffle (blueberry lemon) were delicious! My friend got the one with gravy and also enjoyed it. Being such a small space it did get quite noisy occasionally."

"I came here for their Easter brunch and it was alright, not the best probably wont be back. Easter brunch was $24 per adult. And it wasent even all you can eat it was just eggs, waffles/ pancakes, ham, hashbrowns and fresh fruit. The eggs were ehh tasted like they weren't fresh. Waffles were good but the pancakes tasted like rubber. Ham was good. Hashbrowns tasted like they were frozen before. And cant go wrong with fruit... although it wasnt much of a brunch more of a breakfast."

"When we came to the hotel, I waited for Che knin about. 10-15 min because nobody was at the counter. The room first melts musky, after I had put on bed, was all I could smell, urine. I felt disgusting all night. I'll never stay here again because cleanliness is my number 1 priority in a room. It wasn't even close to being a $200 a night room.... It was open."
