"My brother and I enjoy going to Chili's once in a while when we don't want to spend a lot of money. This was a great location, very quick and friendly service and a very clean atmosphere. Our burgers were cooked perfectly to our liking as well."

"I want to start by saying our server was very very kind and nothing that happened during our visit was a direct result of her actions. EVERY restaurant is facing staffing issues right now and we are well aware of that and very patient people.We got seated in the cocktail area so our server was also the bartender. It wasn’t a crazy night but it was steady enough for her to be consumed with the people sitting at the bar. (Which is totally fine and understandable, the cocktail area is big and needs its own server).We got one drink and it never got refilled, (even after asking). My boyfriends food came out incorrect but he didn’t say anything, just picked off the jalapeños. His came out and he finished it. 25 minutes later, my food came out ALSO incorrect. My alteration to the food was due to an allergy, so I couldn’t pick off the mistake. They took it back and said they would bring it out corrected. Another 20 minutes went by and my food just never came back out so we just gave up, asked the bartender to just take the pasta off the bill so we could pay and leave. I don’t think we’ll be coming back unfortunately. I get that things like this happen, but the kitchen mistakes were inexcusable."

"I don't understand the hype. Salsa was good, but then went downhill. Chicken fajita tacos were cold, soggy, and very disappointing. Was not even Fajita chicken, but seasoned cooked chicken with a few sauteed onions and peppers. Black beans were like guacamole. Service was good, but bad food wasn't. Try it again, but only a disappointment like the last time. Probably not back. Still as hungry as I was when I came here..."
