"So disappointing. Veggie coconut soup was just carrots, mushrooms, and white bok choy with very little flavor. Lemongrass chicken very blah with no lemongrass flavor. Pot-stickers too greasy with only plain soy sauce accompanying them. Other dishes equally poor. Definitely does not deserve more than 3 stars except for nice outside seating (if you get there early). Very poor Thai food dining choices on the Peninsula which is why we tried Thaiphoon. Had eaten there years ago and was disappointed but gave them another try. Shouldn 't have bothered."

"The spring rolls were disgusting. Tough. Just warmed up bit fresh. The chicken wings needed to be crisped up as arrived gristly and flat. The “pad Thai” was inedible. Should be flat noodles not these. It was just congealed in a glutinous mess. Put together with no pride. Absolutely scandalous. Should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves… do not waste your money…"
