"I can’t understand all the 5 star reviews. As a foodie who routinely travels and dines out, and as a huge Bobby Flay fan, I was SO DISAPPOINTED. I kept thinking the whole time, Bobby would be very disappointed if he tasted this. There is no way the food we were served would have passed muster for him. We ordered two different salads, 2 pastas, and a desert. The Brussels sprout salad was the best thing we ate. We were going to order a fish but watching the people next to us pick at the bones of the fish they ordered and seeing the small amount of fish it yielded, we thought better of it. We asked the people next to us when we sat down the tables are very close together), how they were liking their meal and what to order, and their reaction was a shrug and a lack luster response of “ it’s ok”. The pasta portions are small, even the server told us before we ordered that they are small), the salad portions are large, and the fish is all market price and by the pound. The atmosphere is elegant but typical. Nothing over the top for sure. We ordered the chocolate cake and we were VERY disappointed. It was more of a flourless cake but not creamy. Very dry. The “gelato” was like non I have ever had. Not rich and decadent as you would expect. It was not like an ice milk and cracked and separated when you put you fork in it. The worst part of the experience was the server. He was noticeably unhappy we did not order more. He was curt in his answers, looking all around while speaking to us, and kept trying to up sell us with comments like, “all your getting is salad and pasta”? You aren’t getting fish? “ What else can I get you for dinner? No side?” We will not be back. Bobby, there is no way the food we were served would make you proud."
