"Once to twice a year, we make a special trip from Lafayette just to dine here as a family. This has been going on for approximately 5-6 years now. Although this may be a chain restaurant, they’re doing something incredibly right. <br/ <br/ Being a fan of farm to market dining, I am continually impressed that P.F. Chang’s is able achieve this, successfully, on such a large scale! The consistency of flavor and freshness, at least at this location, I consider to be unrivaled and almost unheard of in today’s restaurant market.<br/ <br/ Not only is the food delicious and consistent, but the service here is so unpretentiously comfortable and somehow seems to improve every time we return. If you ever find yourself dining here, ask for Jessica and you won’t be disappointed. On this last visit, she said treated us more like family than just another customer.<br/ <br/ To the restaurant management here, keep on doing what you’re doing, because it definitely works! Also, I am honored and humbled that you would offer such a generous Military discount......it helps more than you could possibly know. Merry Christmas and God Bless!"
