"The plate was cold. it seems that the cook puts the carrots, carrots and swirls directly from the refrigerator on the plate that cools the plate. when the cook added the warm rice, he began to cool quickly. the proteins were hot, obviously after plating the other objects cooked. when I got the food, the rice lukewarm and the salat was still cold. I had this meal at another place, with a better result. the inexperience of the kitchen came to light."
