My Mother, who is a critic of all restaurants said that the breakfast sandwich with James Beard hash browns was perhaps the best breakfast she had ever had at a restaurant...high praise, indeed. "Excellent food and service; I understand that this restaurant is owned by the same owner as Panzanella in Sherman Oaks, which is partly responsible for the high ratings. The atmosphere was not perfect, we sat outside and so often we could smell the aroma of burnt marijuana, which unfortunately is not so good with the excellent food. And then there was the loud noise from Beverly Hills Hot Rods pulling race to Beverly Drive.... Next time we can try to find an indoor table, but obviously these distractors were not the fault of our wonderful hosts! You have to taste this great restaurant for you!!!"

"Had such a wonderful meal and experience here until I left my sunglasses… I know exactly where I left them (on top of heater in courtyard patio) and as soon as I remembered I called (twice). They told me both times that nothing was found. They didn’t even take down my name and number in case they turned up. I can’t help but think a staff member may have scooped them up…"
