"Sunday evening. cold and looking for a good local restaurant and found allora cucina. it is cody with many local families and couples. the personal is welcoming, the service is attentive, without being intrusive and the good very good rustic italian. the daily specials are. on a blackboard. the wine list is small, but has a good representation of Australian and Italian weine. recommend the pappardelle cinghiale. they also take pizza. large evening and a very special return visit soon."

"We haven't been here for a while, and while walking up Chapel Street in Prahra, I saw Gurkhas and said to hubby, let's go and try again. The meal was so good and value for money, the staff were so friendly and helpful, attending to every need. The food was so yummy, highly recommend the chilli beef, and the stir fried calamari rings. We were so impressed with the food, we thought we'd try their take-away takeaway, we were just as impressed. The delivery was bang on time, unlike some restaurants we've ordered from, and the delivery man very friendly. If you want a change from Thai, pizza and pasta, you have to try Gurkhas Brasserie Nepalese Restaurant, you won't be disappointed!"

"We ordered 2 different lamb dishes chicken vegetaian and a platter of chips as well. all to share . we started with a plate of houmus and tahina and salad $8 to share with arabic bread,desert was baklava $8 apple tea and cappuchino as well as hot chocolate $5 . Price all up was between $28-34 each for main meal around $200 so not cheap but dishes were very tasty and service ok."
