"Horrible customer service and experience. After a long day I placed an order for 3 wings and fries. The fries were fine, but two/three of my pieces of chicken were bleeding and uncooked. I called them and asked for a refund and they told me they could only give me store credit. I then asked for a refund for my meal, he told me if I drove up there he possibly could work something out because it was no one in the store to refund me but by the time I get there it would be. "Yay pasta plus. My sister always takes us here when we visit her in Maryland. Aside from an inevitable wait, this is a great Italian restaurant. Service is first class. Pay attention to the specials especially the fresh fish dishes! The menu has all the classic Italian favorites, seafood, pasta, veal, chicken, beef, eggplant etc. Salads are nice. Fresh bread for the table as well as freshly grated cheese. Pizzas would definitely be worth a visit! Decent selection of wine. Desserts if you have room, are very tempting. Don't miss this place. It is worth the wait. No reservations accepted."
