"This was my first time here and I'll come back. The service was perfect, our waitress was great! Very helpful, super friendly and made our visit very pleasant. The menu gives all kinds of choices, from sushi to Greek food, etc. I had the poke dish that was very good, very large portions. The drinks were also very good. My new Miami favorite."

"We are repeat customers and love Gyu-Kaku Pinecrest. Last night our hostess Emilia welcomed us with a beautiful smile, was friendly and kicked off our family evening to a great start with her wonderful personality. We had Manuel as our server, who did not miss a single beat, was extremely attentive to our needs and overall was a top-notch server. He kept circling around to refill our drinks and made us feel like our business was most appreciated. Last but certainly not least, the food was delicious as always and our compliments go to all the chefs. We love the spicy beef ramen bowl, the salads, and of course the BBQ and roasting our own marshmallows for the smores at the end. Keep up the great work Emilia, Manuel and all the chefs. You're all the real reason for our repeat business!"

"I had seen the positive reviews on Open Table, so was encouraged to try, on a business trip. Original waiter got my order wrong twice. Each time they brought out the wrong food, mixing up the request and it wasn't complicated. Food was ok. Won't return recommend."

"Very good food. nice lunch menu. the service was at best chaphazard. slow and inefficient. some employees seemed neither Spanish nor English to understand what made it difficult to get our points in time. primary waiter took our order, but never checked for us. start and salat brought together, then a long wait for eating. After lunch we had to ask a busboy to ask our server to bring out our desserts that were included in the lunch special after some time. miserable dessert has brought my sister in law. we asked several times about the right dessert after the wrong one was removed. it was finally over. when we got the bill, an automatic 25% size was added. there were only 3 of us! the ambiente was beautiful. eating was a good service that was extremely terrible and some nerves add a congratulation of 25% for a party of 3 without prior notice. I doubt that I would ever recommend this restaurant"

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."
