"I was shocked to see that this Cajun restaurant is run by Mexicans, the food was not bad. The crab fingers are really good, but I should have steamed them instead of fried I didn't like the dough they were in, but overall the crab fingers are good??. The dirty rice with trout-fried fish was not bad, he could have had more seasoning and could ride a bit longer for an extra scratch. The steak meal was all that the potatoes and vegetables were seasoned, we become and the steak was cooked to my like."

"We had EXCELLENT service this evening. We had a party of 16 and our servers, Daniel Misty (who is in training), were absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. They never once seemed flustered or overwhelmed. The food and prices were great as well. We will definitely be back!"
