"Came highly recommended. We ordered the calamari and artichoke for appetizer. Both came out hot and calamari were perfectly cooked and tender. The mushroom soup was barely warm. We asked for black pepper and we were given ground pepper in a shaker. Highly unusual to NOT be offered freshly ground pepper. Next we ordered gnocchi which came out in a cold bowl and at room temperature, the fresh tomato was raw but not warm and the cheeses were never going to soften or melt. We sent it back, came back in a hot bowl and thoroughly hot. For the price point the food quality was good, but the kitchen and service was disappointing."

Upon our arrival, we were immediately struck by the splendid ambiance of the private dining room. Holly, our dedicated waitstaff, deserves special mention for her outstanding service. She anticipated our needs flawlessly, ensuring that we never had to ask for anything. Her attentiveness added a layer of comfort to the entire experience. Now, let's talk about the food and drinks – an integral part of any celebration. Gigi's delivered on all fronts.
