"We ordered delivery for our Sunday dinner with the boys. Their fried chicken is crispy deliciousness. The collard greens so tasty, my two toddlers kept asking for more. And their coleslaw attained a level beyond anything I heretofore believed was humanly possible (same goes for the bread pudding). All of this made up for their getting our order wrong (for which they kindly gave us a credit)."

"I wish I could give six stars! Insanely delicious food at reasonable prices, with a menu that’s super considerate to food lovers: the option to do half orders for easy mix match.The etouffee is concentrated crustacean flavor, like a bisque but much better. The thick texture with the rice is as comforting as Japanese curry. It’s a bit on the fishy side, so if you don’t like that smell, this isn’t for you. Personally I love it.The gumbo has that toasty dark roux flavor, with zero sliminess from the okra because it has been cooked down. Thinner than the etouffee.I only had a bite of the shrimp po’ boy. The bread is like a crunchier Vietnamese baguette, nothing like the French varieties. The shrimp has a hint of peanut aroma. Most likely, it has been fried in peanut oil, the Louisiana way.The panna cotta tastes luxurious. I think salted caramel was mixed into the cream. Despite using chicory coffee, it never veered into Vietnamese coffee territory.A restaurant is extraordinary if it makes the customer look forward to dining there again. I can’t wait to try the other things on the menu. It’s a long trek for me but it is worth the travel."

"This is a delivery review. We ordered from here last Friday because we wanted to try some cajun and I never had po 'boys before so we went for it. Packaging: They used all disposable paper material, which is fantastic but not when we ordered the Nanny 's Seafood Gumbo. We noticed the lid was open and made the bowl very soggy, so a bit of bit leaked out. We also ordered the cajun waffle fries and the fried shrimp Po Boy. Food: The fried shrimp Po Boy comes with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, mayo, and of course fried shrimp. The one we got did not have much mayo; it was barely noticeable or even tasted any in the sandwich. But overall the sandwich was pretty good just wish there was a bit more Mayo. The Nanny 's Seafood Gumbo was average and I don 't really enjoy as much as I did with the sandwich so I probably will not get it again. The Cajun Waffle Fries was soggy, but I liked it a lot! Overall: Next time I will come here in person to try it out and see if the quality is just different compare to delivery."
